Intertween.*

SUPPORTED METHOD / APPLICATION ALIGNMENT

TAIDA structures the work. Intertween preserves the knowledge journey.

#FORESIGHT_ACTION_PROFILE

TAIDA guides people from environmental scanning to action. The protocol can keep the knowledge produced across those stages addressable, traceable, rights-aware and reusable.

POSITION

A method remains distinct from its infrastructure.

TAIDA is an established foresight and scenario-planning method developed by Kairos Future. The protocol does not replace, reproduce or redefine the method. It supplies a proposed knowledge contract around the process so observations, assumptions, scenarios, decisions, activities and outcomes can remain connected.

01Tracking

Wrapper + Tracker

Observation · Indicator · Trend

Preserve signals, sources and changing indicators over time.

02Analysing

Mapper + Finder

Assumption · Relation · Intertween

Compare local meaning, retain assumptions and propose inspectable patterns.

03Imaging

Assembler + Knowledger

Scenario · Vision · Alternative

Compose coherent and versioned future views without presenting them as predictions.

04Deciding

Rights + Agent Micro-Contract

Decision · Decision basis

Bind choices to authority, evidence, alternatives and review conditions.

05Acting

Tracker + Cultivator

Activity · Outcome · Learning

Connect execution to consequences, corrections and returned learning.

METHOD BOUNDARY

Intertween extends continuity, not ownership.

TAIDA guides how people scan, interpret, imagine, decide and act. The protocol adds provenance, epistemic status, policy, version history and returned learning between those stages. A TAIDA process can use the protocol without becoming an intertween method, and a protocol implementation can support other methods through the same object contract.
